These Terms of Visit govern access to La Vanille Nature Park and apply to all visitors.

By entering the park, you fully agree to these terms.

1. Park Access & Entry

L'accès au parc nécessite un billet d'entrée valide.

Visitors must:

• Present their ticket at the entrance
• Keep their proof of entry with them throughout the duration of their visit

The park reserves the right to refuse entry or request visitors to leave the premises if behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to animals, staff, or other guests.

2. Visitor Conduct

La Vanille Nature Park is dedicated to wildlife conservation and environmental protection.

Visitors must:

• Remain on designated paths and visitor areas
• Follow guidance provided by park staff and signage
• Respect wildlife and habitats
• Supervise children at all times

Disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the park without refund.

3. Animal Welfare

The wellbeing of animals is a core priority of La Vanille Nature Park.

Visitors must not:

• Feed animals unless specifically permitted by staff
• Throw objects into enclosures or habitats
• Attempt to touch or disturb animals outside designated experiences

Failure to follow animal welfare guidelines may result in immediate removal from the park.

4. Safety

Visitors enter the park at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions provided.

While the park maintains safe pathways and facilities, guests are responsible:

• Their personal safety
• Their belongings

Visitors should take reasonable care when walking through outdoor areas and interacting with park facilities.

5. Experiences et Activities

6. Photography & Media

Photography for personal use is permitted throughout the park unless otherwise indicated.

La Vanille Nature Park may occasionally capture photographs or video for promotional purposes.

By entering the park, visitors acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in such content for promotional purposes.

The use of drones is prohibited without prior authorization.

The Park reserves the right to:

• Adjust opening times
• Close certain areas

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, La Vanille Nature Park shall not be liable for:
