These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of tickets and services through the La Vanille Nature Park website or any authorized sales channel.

By completing a purchase, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to:

• Activity bookings
• Any services sold through the website

These Terms operate in conjunction with the Terms of Visit.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets may be purchased:

• Online via the official website
• On-site at the park entrance

All purchases are subject to:

• Availability
• Daily capacity limits
• Upon payment validation

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and may be shown using the local format “Rs” (e.g., Rs 400)
• All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate (currently 15%)
• Prices may vary depending on:

• Visitor category (e.g., resident / non-resident)
• Selected activities or add-ons

La Vanille Nature Park reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Peach Payments).

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit / debit cards
• Local payment solutions (if available)

La Vanille Nature Park:

• Does not store payment details
• Cannot be held responsible for any failures or interruptions of third-party payment services.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Successful payment
• Issuance of a confirmation (QR code)

5. Ticket Delivery

After payment, visitors will receive:

• A confirmation email
• A digital ticket containing a QR code

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the email address provided.

Visitors must:

• Present the QR code upon arrival
• Ensure the QR code is readable

6. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date unless otherwise specified
• Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed
• No reuse is permitted once the ticket has been validated at entry.

7. Capacity & Availability

Access to the park and certain activities is subject to:

• Daily visitor limits
• Availability of time slots

La Vanille reserves the right to:

• Limit access
• Refuse entry if capacity is reached

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

8.1 General Rule

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-transferable.

8.2 Modifications

Date changes may be considered:

• Subject to availability.
• At the discretion of La Vanille.

8.3 No-Show Policy

No refunds or rescheduling for:

• Missed visits
• Late arrivals

8.4 Force majeure

In case of:

• Extreme weather
• Safety conerns
• Operational closure

La Vanille may:

• Reschedule tickets
• Offer alternative arrangements

No cash refunds are guaranteed.

9. Activities & Experiences

Certain experiences (e.g., animal feeding, encounters) are:

• Subject to availability
• Supervised by staff
• Governed by specific safety rules

La Vanille reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Cancel activities
• Limit participation

10. Check-In & QR Code Usage

Visitors must:

• Present their QR code at the entrance

La Vanille reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry if the QR code is invalid, duplicated, or unreadable

Fraudulent use of tickets may result in:

• Refusal of entry
• Cancellation without refund

The QR code is unique, personal, and valid for single use only.

11. Liability

La Vanille Nature Park shall not be held responsible for:

• Errors made during booking by the user
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Issues related to third-party payment systems

All visitors must comply with the Terms of Visit.

12. Resale Prohibited

The resale of tickets for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any ticket resold or obtained through an unauthorized channel may be:

• Cancelled
• Refused at entry without refund

13. Personal Data

Personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
